This article show you how to Sign Up to the portal after you get the redeem invitation.
 
How to Sign Up Customer Portal Support:
1. Click link on the email from Kreatif.
2. After click the link, register page will show. Please fill the component and click the register button.
3. Customer can update their profile at Customer Profile Page.
 
How to Create Case from Customer Portal Support:
1. Click My Support > Open a New Case
2. Fill the component
3. Click Update
